I found a penny in my 20 oz Barqs root beer 20oz bottle on June 30. I purchased the root beer at an Ace hardware in Brazil Indiana I'm so lucky I didn't choke on the penny it could have been launched in my throat it could have choked me to death God knows what would have happened if it wouldn't have just hit the roof of my mouth and I stopped drinking it and found the penny in my bottle

No refund

I asked barqs for a refund for a recent 12 zero sugar product as it was so bad I couldn't take more than 2 sips. Not sure if it was old or what.

Tried to reach out and see if they would swap it for another one.

I was politely told they don't do that.

Guess they lost a customer.don't drink the zero version. It's awful

I purchased barqs zero and asked for a refund as the case 12pk I bought was old not drinkable. They refused to issue me a credit. Guess I won't be purchasing it in the future. It's a shame as I love.s

The product was so bad I couldn't drink it. I asked for a refund and they didn't comply.

Barqs zero is a thumbs down. the store I bought it at refused to take it back. I called the manufacturer and they won't issue a refund either.

sad days we live in. Guess you lost a longtime customer
